Table of Contents

This projects goal was to create word cloud art for this website. Reddit is a forum platform where people can share images, links, and ideas. Posts are organized into user-created boards called subreddits. Users can upvote posts akin to liking or favoriting posts on twitter. Users can also comment on posts. Posts in a subreddit can be sorted by the number of upvotes. These word clouds represent the most used words from the comments of the top posts. Common words and explicitives were filtered out. These word clouds are stylized to some image that represents the community.

The gallery uses PHP and SQL to decide which images to display. I tried to have themes for each month (e.g. halloween in October), but some images do not have a clear month for viewing. Those images are placed in months where I did not have many to begin with.
